Improving construction technology level in Vietnam is an issue of necessity which requires managers, businesses in construction activities having to pay attention in their strategies and action plans. This paper introduces briefly "Orientation of construction science and technology development up to 2020" and solutions of improving construction technology level in construction activities in Vietnam.
